Appearance: Pale Amber to Medium Copper colour. Low to moderate white to off white head.
Aroma: Low to moderate Malt aromas, bready, toasty and biscuity.
Taste: A balanced profile of malt and hop flavours, with moderate to moderately high bitterness. And a Medium-dry to dry finish.
Mouth: Balance of Malt sweetness and hop bitterness, resulting in a dry, refreshing finish. With a bitterness that is more about dryness than harshness.
